1. Sponsor: The Shot Ready Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by SC30, Inc. (DBA Thirty Ink) (the “Sponsor”).

2. Official Rules: These are the official rules (the “Official Rules”) for the Promotion. Participation in this Promotion is expressly subject to and governed by these Official Rules.  By entering the Promotion, each participant (“entrant(s),” “participant(s),” or “you”) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion, and to comply with all applicable rules and regulations.  Sponsor has the right to reject and disqualify you for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. Promotion Period:  The Promotion will commence at 3:00 p.m. PT on October 16, 2025, and end at 11:59 p.m. PT on October 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion contains a game of chance, and the computer clock of the Sponsor will be the official time-keeping device in the Promotion.

4. Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, as well as their affiliates, subsidiaries, and their advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”), as well as their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

5.How to enter: You may enter the Promotion via the following methods of entry:

(i) Text Submission: to submit a text entry, you must follow the following steps:

· You must be subscribed to Thirty Ink’s monthly newsletter. If you have not already signed up, you can sign up via the pop-up link at thirtyink.com.

· Once you have subscribed to the newsletter, visit http://thirtyink.com/shotreadygiveaway to submit a text response to the question: How do you stay shot ready? It doesn't have to be in basketball, it could mean in your career, in your family, or just in life. All entries must also include the entrant’s name and contact information, including (1) the email address used to subscribe to the Thirty Ink monthly newsletter, and (2) your Instagram handle (collectively, a “Response Entry”). Please note, you must only include your Instagram handle if you would like to submit a Bonus Entry via the Social Media Bonus Entry methods outlined below.

All RESPONSE Entries must meet the following requirements:

·Your Response Entry must not contain: depiction of nudity, obscenity, vulgarity, violence, or anything of a sexual or violent nature; depiction of any criminal or other unlawful or illegal activity; depiction of alcohol, tobacco, firearms/weapons, illegal drugs, or contrabands; anything of a religious or political nature; anything that is hateful, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, derogatory, disparaging, defamatory, libelous, or otherwise offensive; or anything that violates the copyright, moral right, right of publicity, right of privacy, or any other proprietary or personal right of another. 

·Your Response Entry must be original to you, and you must have complete ownership (including ownership of copyrights and moral rights) of your Response Entry.       

(ii)  Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): to enter via email, send an email to behindthescenes@thirtyink.com,  with the subject line “Shot Ready Giveaway Entry,” with your (a) name, (b) valid email address, and (c) an indication of consent to be bound by these Official Rules. If you would like to submit Bonus Entries via the Social Media Bonus Entry methods outlined below, you must also include your Instagram handle in the AMOE email entry.

(iii) Bonus Entries: Regardless of the method of entry, each person who enters the Promotion via the method outlined in (i) or (ii) is eligible for one (1) additional entry (a “Bonus Entry”). Only one (1) Bonus Entries per person during the Promotion Period (i.e., two (2) entries total per person during the Promotion Period), which can be a combination of the Social Media Bonus Entries and AMOE entries, as set forth below

· Social Media Bonus Entries: If you enter the Promotion via a Response Entry or AMOE, you are eligible for one Bonus Entry via the following methods:

1.  Join the 'Inside Thirty' Instagram broadcast channel, available via the @ThirtyInk Instagram profile (underneath the @ThirtyInk Instagram bio);

2.  Tag 3 friends in the comment section for @ThirtyInk’s Instagram post about the Promotion; and

3.  Share @ThirtyInk’s Instagram post about the Promotion to your Instagram story.

· AMOE: If you enter the Promotion via a Response Entry or AMOE, you are eligible for a Bonus Entry via AMOE. The AMOE Bonus Entry must be submitted via email to behindthescenes@thirtyink.com, with the subject line “Shot Ready Giveaway Entry,” and must include your (a) name, (b) valid email address, and (c) an indication of consent to be bound by these Official Rules. If you would like to submit Bonus Entries via the Social Media Bonus Entry methods, you must also include your Instagram handle in the AMOE email entry. The AMOE email results in one (1) Bonus Entry.

Limit of up to one (1) Entry per person throughout the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.  Entries that do not include all required information and adhere to these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will be considered void. Entries made by any other individual or any entity (including any automated entry device) and/or originating at any other website or email address, including, but not limited to, commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Promotion. Sponsor may, in their sole discretion, remove, delete and/or disqualify any Entry and/or Entrant it deems inappropriate or otherwise non-compliant.

Sponsor is not liable for: Entries that are incorrect, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, incompletely received, mutilated, or illegible, for any reason; any Entrant's failure to receive notifications due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions; lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Promotion; any human error which may occur in the processing of the Entries in this Promotion; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Promotion, or announcement of the prize[s].

Sweepstakes Drawing / Odds: At the end of the Promotion Period, there will be one (1) drawing with one (1) Winner.  Winner will be selected in a random drawing by Sponsor or a representative of Sponsor, whose decision will be final and binding in all respects.  The odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of Entries received.

6.  Winner Notification: The potential winners will be notified via email (using the email address provided on the entry form) within three (3) business days of winner selection or as soon as reasonably practicable. Potential winners will have three (3) days to respond to the notification that they have won before forfeiting their prize. Potential winners become a “Winner” only after verification of eligibility by a Sponsor. If such potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period (i.e., three (3) days), if the potential winner is ineligible, if any notification is returned undeliverable, or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and an alternate potential winner will be selected from among all remaining entries for that drawing.

7.  Prize: Each Winner will receive a copy of Shot Ready (the “Prize”). The approximate retail value of the Prize is $35.00 USD. The odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of Entrants.

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, associated with, or certified by the National Basketball Association, the Golden State Warriors, Instagram or Unanimous Media. No substitution of a Prize, including cash substitutions, will be permitted, except that Sponsors have the right in their sole discretion to substitute a prize of greater or equal value if the stated Prize is not available. Prizes are not transferable or assignable.

Within at least ten (10) days of Winner verification, Sponsor will ship or otherwise deliver the Prize to the Winner using the address provided by the Winner during the Winner verification process, using such delivery method and carrier as selected by the Sponsor.

8.  Taxes: Income and other taxes, if applicable in your jurisdiction, on the value of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

9.  License Grant: By entering this Promotion via Response Entry, and in consideration of the opportunity to participate in this Promotion and acceptance of the Prize, you grant to Sponsor, Sponsor’s affiliates, and its successors and assigns a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, assignable, transferable, sublicensable, unrestricted, royalty-free license (with no obligation) to use, reproduce, display, distribute and otherwise exploit your Response Entry (including your likeness depicted therein), in whole or in part, in any and all media (whether now known or hereafter developed) and for any and all purposes of Sponsor (commercial or noncommercial), including, without limitation, for use in Sponsor’s advertising, promotional, marketing, publicity, and social media materials and campaigns (the “License Grant”).  You acknowledge and agree that you will have no right or claim to any compensation, payment, credit, attribution, notice, approval or inspection of any kind whatsoever with respect to any use of your Response Entry by Sponsor, Sponsor’s affiliates, and its successors and assigns pursuant to the License Grant.  In addition, you forever waive any and all moral rights and similar rights with respect to any use of your Response Entry by Sponsor Sponsor’s affiliates, and its successors and assigns pursuant to the License Grant

10.  Representations and Warranties:  By participating in the Promotion, you represent and warrant as follows:

(i)    All information provided by you in connection with this Promotion is truthful, current and accurate;

(ii)  You agree to the terms of these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the License Grant;

(iii) You meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules; and

(iv) If you submitted a Response Entry, such Entry adheres to all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

11.  Additional Conditions of Participation:  By entering this Promotion, you agree to forever release the Promotion Parties from any and all actual and potential, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, losses and damages (collectively “Claims”) arising out of or relating to this Promotion or any Prize, including, without limitation, Claims for personal injury or death, damage to or loss of property, violation of right of publicity or privacy, intellectual property infringement, defamation, libel, and false light, whether intentional or unintentional, and whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or otherwise.

12.  Limitation of Liability:  THE PROMOTION PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY) OR OTHERWISE, AND IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER EITHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, and therefore this limitation of liability may not apply to you.

13.  Winner’s List: The name of the Winner will be available for a period of sixty (60) days beginning thirty (30) days after the Promotion Period has ended. To obtain the Winner’s name, please send a an email to behindthescenes@sc30.com.

14.  Applicable law: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants, Winners, or the Promotion Parties in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions, which might otherwise cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Official Rules shall be brought only in the courts of the State of California. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non-convenience or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.

15.  Privacy: Except as noted in these Official Rules, personal information collected solely for entry in this Promotion is used only for the purpose of Promotion administration and winner notification and will not be re-used, sold, disclosed, or shared in any manner by the Promotion Parties or any third parties (except service providers who help us operate this Promotion) unless you have elected to receive additional information or promotional material from the Sponsor or a third party. By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.thirtyink.com/privacy-policy. In the event of any discrepancy between the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall control and govern.

16.  Notice of Financial Incentive for California Residents: The Sponsor will collect your name and email address for entry in this Promotion. Instructions for opting into the Promotion are detailed in these Official Rules. You can terminate participation in the Promotion at any time by contacting behindthescenes@sc30.com. The value of your personal information collected as part of this Promotion is related to the costs and expenses associated with making the Promotion available to participants.
