Shot Ready, Season 17, and Something New in SF
What's up fam,
What a month! From releasing Shot Ready, to connecting with fans, and getting ready for another season, I feel blessed for the journey and excited for what's ahead. Appreciate y'all for continuing to ride with me.
Shot Ready is Here... WIN a copy!
This month was special. My new book Shot Ready is finally out, and to see it hit the New York Times Best Seller list was unreal! That is a blessing I do not take lightly, and I'm so thankful for everyone who has supported it already.
To celebrate the release, I want to give away a copy of Shot Ready to someone in this community. To enter, just answer the prompt: How do you stay shot ready? It doesn't have to be in basketball, it could mean in your career, in your family, or just in life. I can't wait to hear your answers.

Celebrating Our Curry Cup Champions
This year's Curry Cup was special. We wrapped up Season 4 of the Underrated Golf Tour at Liberty National Golf Course (with an insane view of the Statue of Liberty in the background by the way). It was the perfect setting for a championship weekend that brought together the best players from across the tour.
The Curry Cup is all about hard work, opportunity, and showing what can happen when you stay ready for the moment. Shoutout to our champions, Julia Herzberg and Jayden Lizama. Both of them thrived under pressure and made it a finish to remember.
Underrated Golf has come so far in just a few years, and the Curry Cup is proof of what this community can become when kids are given the chance to shine. I am proud of what we are building and excited for what's next! #ElevateTheUnder
Locked In For Season 17
It's hard to believe I'm heading into my 17th season in the league. Opening night is coming fast, and we're starting it off in LA against the Lakers next week. You know that’s always a big one, and I’m looking forward to going to battle with my guys from day one. The work never stops, but there’s something about the start of a new season that brings a fresh fire.
I’m as motivated as ever, locked in, and ready to go to work with the squad. Can’t wait to feel that Dub Nation energy again. Let's get it.
A Special Bourbon with Chef José Andrés
I'm proud to share our newest Player Exclusive Gentleman's Cut bottle created with my friend, Chef José Andrés. Only 800 bottles will be made, and a portion of the proceeds will support his amazing work with World Central Kitchen, helping to feed communities in need all over the world. This is the first collaborative Player Exclusive bottle we've released, and it means a lot to me that it's tied to an important cause.
A little about the bourbon: aged 10 years, finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, notes of vanilla, fig jam, honey, spiced rum, leather, and espresso.

The Eighth Rule is Here
Now this is something I've been eager to share...
I partnered with world-class Chef Michael Mina to open The Eighth Rule, a reservations-only bourbon bar in Union Square, San Francisco.
Bringing this vision to life has been surreal. The name comes from the seven rules of bourbon, and this is our take on creating the eighth. It's about community, craft, and conversation. Inside, you'll find Gentleman's Cut at the heart of the menu, and we're even building a special Gentleman's Cut experience (more on that later).
The bar is located inside the Westin St. Francis, and across from the restaurant Bourbon Steak, which will also include specialty Gentleman's Cut drinks. I cannot wait for people to experience it and I'm already planning to bring some of my teammates through.
Walnut Creek BevMo Showed Out
Walnut Creek showed a lot of love. We hosted an in-store Gentleman's Cut bottle signing at BevMo, and the turnout blew me away. So many people came through to show love and support, and it meant a lot to see that.
Moments like that remind me why we built Gentleman's Cut. To be face to face with fans, to share stories, and to see people enjoy the bourbon the way we imagined it is always special. Big thank you to BevMo for the hospitality and for helping us bring that moment to life.
A Bay Area Welcome for Roger Federer
The Laver Cup in San Francisco was another highlight this month. I had the chance to step onto the court for the pre-match coin flip with the legend Roger Federer.
I also got to welcome him to the Bay the right way, with a custom Gentleman's Cut bottle. Sharing that moment with Roger was special, and it was an honor to be part of such an exciting event.
Thanks for rocking with me this month. From Shot Ready to Season 17, bourbon to big moments, it has been busy but truly meaningful. I'm feeling grateful, focused, and ready for what's next.
Talk soon,
Stephen
